RIVER

“Ynze Legend” / Barn name "River" / Gelding / 4.5 year old /
14.1-3/4hh / Unicorn Gray / Registered Friesian Sport Horse / WTC
From the Trainer:
Legend (barn name River) recently began his journey as a riding horse, learning quickly, and currently wtc under saddle. He was lightly backed last summer, then given the winter to grow, and has just been officially started under saddle this year. He is comfortable carrying both experienced riders and children taking lessons. An interesting pedigree: half Friesian and half unregistered Paso Fino, he is registered with the Friesian Sporthorse Association, and USEF. Coming five and standing at just under 14'2 this Friesian sport pony is going to wow the judges with his ground covering, elegant, smooth movement, and will spend this season learning about horse shows. River is also learning to jump and hack out. His puppy dog personality and curious nature would make him a great mount for an ambitious young rider or adult amateur with an interest in dressage or working equitation. Putting feelers out for his new home even at this early stage as his owner is relocating.
Currently offered at a very appealing price point, until he gains more experience under saddle and in the show ring. First canter under saddle: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DGzLCX6MhWA/?igsh=MW93amdrMXdsaDJ3Yw==

From the Owner:
River’s pedigree; with his pedigree sporting highly influential approved stallions behind him with known characteristics of grace and kind temperament carried across generations Maeije 440 (Beart 412) + Jorn 430 (Fabe 348) it’s no wonder he has such a great mind. But to top it off he was raised in a family, where he was raised being stalled on cold nights. Living out, on a small farm,
he was pastured with boss mares, bossy geldings, silly foals, dogs and cats running about— he was even pastures with several cows!
Life with this boy will be nothing but joy!
